Privacy Policy Effective Date: April 17, 2026

Aleksandar Mironov (“I”, “me”, or “my”) built the Online Radio from Bulgaria app (the “App”) as a free, ad-supported application. This Service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information Collection and Use

I do not require you to create an account and I do not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or physical address.

However, the App relies on third-party services and infrastructure that may process certain data automatically.

Device Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

Internet & Network State – required to stream radio stations and detect connectivity
Foreground Service & Media Playback – required for background playback
Notifications – used to display media controls
Local Storage (if applicable) – used to store app data such as cached images and favorite stations on your device

This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to me directly.

2. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect and process data:

Google AdMob – used to display advertisements
Supabase – used to host radio station data and related content

These services may automatically collect certain information, including:

Device information (e.g. device model, OS version)
IP address
Advertising ID (AAID)
App usage data (limited to ad interaction and delivery)

This data is processed by the respective providers in accordance with their own privacy policies:

I do not control how these third parties collect or use your data.

3. Advertising

The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob.

AdMob may use your device’s Advertising ID to serve ads. Depending on your device settings and region:

Ads may be personalized based on your interests, or
Ads may be non-personalized, based only on contextual information

You can control ad personalization by:

Adjusting your Android device settings (e.g. “Opt out of Ads Personalization”)

4. Backend Services (Supabase)

The App uses Supabase to deliver radio station lists, stream URLs, and related content.

When accessing this data, limited technical information (such as IP address) may be processed by Supabase as part of standard web requests. This is necessary for the App to function properly.

I do not use Supabase to identify users or track behavior.

5. Log Data

I do not actively collect logs, analytics, or crash reports.

Any system-generated logs remain on your device unless you choose to share them manually.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The App itself does not use cookies.

However, third-party services such as AdMob may use cookies or similar technologies to provide advertising and improve their services.

7. Data Retention

I do not store personal data myself.

Any data collected by third-party services is retained according to their respective privacy policies.

8. Children’s Privacy

This App is not intended for children under the age of 13.

I do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If I become aware that a child has provided personal information, I will take steps to delete it.

For users in the European Union, this App is not directed at children under the age of 16.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

Request access to your personal data
Request correction or deletion of your data
Withdraw consent for data processing (e.g. personalized ads)
Object to or restrict certain types of processing

Since I do not directly store personal data, such requests may need to be directed to the relevant third-party providers (e.g. Google).
